Help what’s in our veg box?!

One of the most obvious things to live sustainably is to get a veg box delivered. Our first veg box came today from keveral farms and it was very exciting! However I have no idea what the green and white thing pictured below is or more importantly what to do with it! Any help much appreciated! For info box cost £15:50 – huge onions, carrots, cucumber, potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, celery, lettuce, and an unidentified flying object.
